基于生态系统服务功能视角的煤炭开采区生态修复效果评估

Evaluation of ecological restoration effect in coal mining area based on ecosystem service function

  • 摘要: 煤炭开采区的生态修复效果评估需突破传统单一指标的局限,从生态系统服务功能提升的综合视角构建科学评价体系。以伊金霍洛旗布尔台井田为研究对象,基于当前常用的生态系统服务物质量评估模型和价值量计算方法,结合GIS空间分析,量化生态修复前后煤炭开采区(布尔台井田)、非煤炭开采区(伊金霍洛旗除布尔台井田以外区域)的物质量与价值量,并探讨土地利用与植被覆盖对于生态系统服务的影响,评估布尔台井田生态系统恢复效果。结果表明:① 2005、2010、2015、2020年布尔台井田单位面积的土壤保持物质量均值为17.7、9.02、20.31、26.96 t/hm2;单位面积的防风固沙物质量均值为45.77、43.3、46.06、50.37 t/hm2;单位面积的碳储存物质量均值为9.8054、9.795、9.8059、9.814 t/hm2。在此期间均呈现先减少再增加的趋势。并且均与草地、林地和植被覆盖度呈现正相关关系,与建设用地、未利用土地呈现负相关关系;② 2005、2010、2015、2020年布尔台井田单位面积生态系统服务总价值量均值为1772.911342.981825.542154.98元/hm2,总体呈现先减少再增加的趋势,与生态系统服务物质量变化趋势一致;③ 布尔台井田土壤保持、防风固沙功能在2010年后逐渐恢复到与非煤炭开采区接近的水平,表明生态修复效果良好。碳储量仍低于非煤炭开采区,表明需继续加强对煤炭开采区生态系统的保护与修复。研究结果对区域生态修复具有重要借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: The assessment of ecological restoration effects in coal mining area needs to break through the limitations of traditional single indicators and construct a scientific evaluation system from a comprehensive perspective of improving ecosystem service functions. Taking the Buertai mining field in Ejin Horo Banner as the research object, based on the currently commonly used ecosystem service material quantity assessment model and value calculation method, combined with GIS spatial analysis, the material quantity and value of the coal mining area (Buertai mining field) and the non-coal mining area (the area of Ejin Horo Banner except Buertai mining field) before and after ecological restoration were quantified. And explore the impact of land use and vegetation coverage on ecosystem services, and evaluate the ecosystem restoration effect of the Buertai mining field. The results show that: ① The average material quantity of soil conservation per area in the Buertai mining field in 2005, 2010, 2015 and 2020 was 17.7, 9.02, 20.31 and 26.96 t/hm2 respectively; The average material quantity of windbreak and sand fixation per area was 45.77, 43.3,46.06 and 50.37 t/hm2 respectively. The material quantity of carbon storage per area was 9.8054, 9.795, 9.8059 and 9.814 t/hm2 respectively. During this period, there was a trend of first decreasing and then increasing. And they all show a positive correlation with grassland, forest land and vegetation coverage, and a negative correlation with construction land and unused land. ② The average of the total value of ecosystem services per area in the Buertai mining field in 2005, 2010, 2015 and 2020 was 1772.91, 1342.98, 1825.54 and 2154.98 yuan/hm2 respectively. Generally, it showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing, which was consistent with the changing trend of the quality of ecosystem services. ③ The soil conservation and windbreak and sand fixation functions of the Buertai mining field gradually returned to a level close to that of the non-coal mining area after 2010, indicating a good ecological restoration effect. The carbon storage is still lower than that in non-coal mining area, indicating that the protection and restoration of the coal mining area ecosystem need to be continuously strengthened. The research results have important reference significance for regional ecological restoration.
