    高寒地区露天煤矿边坡安全监测技术研究与应用

    Research and application of slope safety monitoring technology in open-pit coal mines in alpine regions

    • 摘要: 针对贺斯格乌拉南露天煤矿位于高寒地区具有低温、干旱、风蚀等恶劣自然条件的特点,应用自编软件及国际常用的Geo-slope软件对贺斯格乌拉南露天煤矿采场、排土场边坡稳定性进行了分析与评价,提出了边坡系统设计方案和位移加速度分级预警模型,开发了自动预警系统。研究结果表明:首采区及试采区滑坡模式以切层−顺层−鼓胀组合滑动为主,外排土场边坡以切层−顺层滑动或者剪切软弱基底的圆弧滑动为主。首采区东帮南侧、南帮东侧、西帮及南外排土场南帮东侧均为重点监测区域。通过布设2个雷达,增设186个GNSS监测点及6台深部位移监测点,实现了采场、排土场全部边坡位移监测覆盖,为矿山安全生产提供了有效的技术支撑。

       

      Abstract: Given that Hesigewula South Open-pit Coal Mine is located in an alpine region with harsh natural conditions such as low temperature, drought, and wind erosion, self-developed software and the internationally commonly used Geo-slope software were applied to analyze and evaluate the slope stability of the stope and dump in Hesigewula South Open-pit Coal Mine. A slope system design scheme and a displacement acceleration graded early warning model were proposed, and an automatic early warning system was developed. The research results showed that the landslide mode in the first mining area and the trial mining area was mainly a combination of shear-through-bedding, along-bedding, and bulging, while the slope of the external dump was mainly characterized by a combination of shear-through-bedding and along-bedding, or circular sliding along the shear-weakened basement. The south side of the east slope, the east side of the south slope, the west slope in the first mining area, and the east side of the south slope of the southern external dump were all key monitoring areas. By arranging 2 radars, adding 186 GNSS monitoring points and 6 deep displacement monitoring points, full coverage of displacement monitoring for all slopes in the stope and dump has been realized, providing effective technical support for the safe production of the mine.
